Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from MAXCOOL SHOP. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your jewelry, you may be eligible for a return or refund in accordance with the terms below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Our refund policy lasts for 14 days from the date you receive your order. If 14 days have gone by, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
• Custom or engraved jewelry cannot be refunded unless defective.
• Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email our customer service at info@maxcoolshoplimited.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return authorization and shipping instructions.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.

4. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your item and whether your refund is approved or rejected. Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Please note that financial institutions may take several additional business days to post the refund to your account.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

• First check your bank account again.
• Then contact your credit card company; it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
• If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@maxcoolshoplimited.com.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email before shipping it back. Replacement stock availability will be confirmed prior to acceptance.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos and your order details. We will promptly arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

8. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and customization, the following items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty:

• Custom or engraved pieces
• Earrings and body jewelry
• Gift cards or promotional giveaways
